Yes. Estimates are always free and no-pressure. Call or text (720) 967-2468, or send a few photos through our quote form and we'll get back to you quickly.

We're based in Castle Rock and serve communities across Douglas County and the south and west metro — including Castle Pines, Parker, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Sedalia, Sterling Ranch, Roxborough Park, Franktown, Larkspur, Littleton, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Elizabeth, southern Aurora, and northwest-metro cities like Arvada, Golden, Boulder, Morrison, and Westminster. See our service-areas page for the full list — and if you're not sure you're in range, just ask.

It depends on the size and scope of the job — a small patch is very different from finishing a full basement. After a quick assessment (often from photos), we give you a clear, itemized estimate up front, so there are no surprises. We'll always walk you through what's driving the price.

They're essentially the same thing. "Drywall" is the general term for the gypsum panels used to build interior walls and ceilings. "Sheetrock®" is simply a specific brand of drywall (made by USG). So when people say Sheetrock, they almost always just mean drywall.

Yes — texture matching is one of our specialties. Knockdown, orange peel, hand-textures, and smooth finishes can all be matched so a repair or addition blends seamlessly into your existing walls and ceilings. The goal is a fix you can't find afterward.

Both. Wild Fox Drywall is the sister company to Wild Fox Painting, so we can texture, prime, and repaint the work to blend perfectly with your existing walls. Two specialty teams, one coordinated handoff — you sign one estimate, get one schedule, and have one point of contact through both teams. No juggling contractors, no visible patch when we're done.

Small repairs are often done in a single visit; texture and paint need drying time between coats, so a complete, blended repair may span a couple of days. Larger jobs like basement finishing are scheduled over a longer window. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your estimate.

Drywall sanding does create dust, but we keep it under control. We mask off work areas, use dust-minimizing methods and HEPA-filtered tools, and clean up thoroughly so the rest of your home stays livable while we work.

Yes, once the water source is addressed. If there's an active leak, that should be repaired first so moisture isn't sealed behind new drywall. We're glad to coordinate timing, then repair, texture, and repaint so the damage disappears.

Yes. We remove dated popcorn ceilings and refinish them smooth or to a modern texture. One important note: homes built before the mid-1980s may have asbestos in the popcorn texture. We don't test for or remove asbestos ourselves — we recommend having it tested first, and if it's present a licensed asbestos-abatement contractor needs to clear it before we refinish. Once the space is cleared, we handle the smooth or new-texture finish.

Yes — Wild Fox Drywall is fully insured. We're happy to provide details when we meet.

Yes — a two-year workmanship warranty on every install and repair. It covers settlement cracks and nail and screw pops, which are the two things that actually come back in a new Front Range home, plus texture matching, tape, seams and corners. Water damage, structural movement and impact damage aren't covered. Full terms are on our warranty page.

Not the whole time. We'll want you there for the initial walk-through so we agree on the scope, and again at the end for a final look. In between, many homeowners give us access and go about their day — we mask off the work area, keep dust contained, and lock up as needed. Whatever you're comfortable with works for us.

After your walk-through we send a written, itemized estimate — usually within 24 hours. Once you approve it, we'll get you on the schedule as soon as our calendar allows and give you a realistic start window. Drywall needs drying time between mud and texture coats, so we build that into the timeline and keep you posted at each step. We won't promise a date we can't hold.

Yes. Drywall scrap, old popcorn texture, dust, and packaging leave with us. We clean the work area at the end of the job and haul off the debris, so you're not left with a pile in the garage. Keeping your home livable while we work — and clean when we leave — is part of the job.

That's the part most repairs get wrong. Once the patch is textured to match, our sister team at Wild Fox Painting primes it and color-matches the surrounding wall — actually matching, not "close enough." Two specialty teams, one coordinated handoff: one estimate, one schedule, one point of contact, and a repair you can't find afterward.

Yes. On additions, remodels, and basement build-outs we're used to sequencing our drywall around framing, electrical, plumbing, and inspections. Tell us who else is on the job and when, and we'll slot in so the hanging and finishing happen at the right stage — not before the walls are ready.

Usually because the surface fix ignored the cause. Seasonal movement, settling, and truss uplift can reopen a crack that was only skimmed over. We repair with the right method for the cause — proper backing, tape, and fasteners — so the fix holds instead of telegraphing back through in a season. If we spot a structural cause, we'll flag it.

It's all laid out in your written estimate before any work starts — the scope, what's included, and the payment schedule — so there are no surprises. We'll walk you through it and answer any questions when we meet. No hidden fees, no pressure.
