What Wild Fox Drywall collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: August 2026
Information you give us
When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, the street and city of the project, how soon you're looking to start, how you heard about us, and any notes or details you add about the drywall work you need.
This site has no customer accounts and does not collect payment card details. If a job goes ahead, any deposit or payment is arranged directly with us, outside this website.
Information collected automatically
We record the IP address a request is submitted from, as a basic anti-abuse and record-keeping measure. Our analytics and advertising tools also collect usage data automatically, as described below.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare and follow up on an estimate, schedule and perform the work, and coordinate with our sister company when a project needs more than drywall — for example, handing the paint to Wild Fox Painting so you keep one estimate, one schedule, and one point of contact. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. Our configuration enables Google signals and ad personalization, which means your activity here may be associated with your Google account (if you're signed in and have those settings enabled) and used to improve ad targeting.
This site also uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel. If you arrive from a Meta ad, we store the click identifier from the link in a cookie so a resulting enquiry can be attributed to that ad.
When you submit an estimate request, we additionally send a record of that conversion to Meta from our own server (the Meta Conversions API). Your email address and phone number are hashed before they are sent — Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint rather than the plain values — along with technical identifiers such as your IP address, browser user-agent, and the pixel's cookie identifiers. Meta uses these to match the conversion to an ad. This is how most advertisers measure ad performance, and it means information derived from your enquiry is shared with Meta for advertising purposes.
You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, an ad or tracking blocker, your Google ad settings, and your Meta ad preferences. You can also ask us not to include your enquiry in advertising measurement — just tell us.
Who else sees your information
We don't sell or rent your personal information for money. We share it only with the providers that let us operate: our website and database hosting, our email delivery provider, our sister company where a job spans both trades, and the analytics and advertising platforms described above. Some of that advertising activity may be treated as "targeted advertising" or a "sale" under certain state privacy laws even though no money changes hands — see your choices below.
Retention and security
We keep estimate and contact records as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business record-keeping, then delete or archive them. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us, opt out of further contact, or opt out of having your enquiry used for advertising measurement. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act — including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of targeted advertising — and we honor these requests from anyone who asks, regardless of where you live and regardless of whether the law's thresholds apply to a business our size. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out request for targeted advertising.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging work on a home or building. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
